Summary[]
Cassian is the source of all magic in the Sinful World multiverse and is the current leader of The Vocitus Syndicate. He was born from the spark of the heavens falling into an endless void which in turn created an infinitely large multiverse as well as himself. Some thousands to possibly millions of years later, he took interest in experiencing the events of the universes he observed, creating a body for himself to blend in with the human species. This however, brought magic to any universe he entered, alerting the Seraphim Angels of Heaven. The angels saw this as an anomaly and immediately sought to hunt him down and end his existence. The back and forth between the two parties caused almost irreparable anomalies to form in the multiverse and in the outer dimensions.
After years of unsuccessful capture and or assassination attempts, the angels made peace with Cassian, vowing not to hunt him down unless he were to cause chaos worthy of the angel's attention. The angels along with Cassian began to slowly fix the multiverse with their abilities. Though, some regions of the multiverse has been proven incapable of fixing or just left undiscovered.
Some years passed and Cassian gathered 6 people who lost their homes during the Great Hunt, forming the Vocitus Syndicate. A group that strives to aid those who lost their homes to the hunt and give them a new home in a new universe called "Sodales".
Appearance[]
When Cassian anchors himself to the mortal plane, he takes the appearance of muscular black man with knee length purplish-black hair usually tied into a half bun, blank white eyes and elf ears. He wears a sleeveless compression shirt with golden bracelets on his arms as well as two necklaces around his neck, both containing a purplish black gem. Around his waist is a red obi with a long piece of cloth extending from its front. He also wears white harem pants and his footwear consists of toeless socks with gold rimming.

- The Vocitus Scissors: A pair of scissors than can be summoned at will, capable of cutting through space time and serving as a portal between dimensions. These can be split into daggers and in turn, transformed into large swords.
Intelligence: At least Gifted. Despite being stubborn and sometimes ignorant, Cassian was able to evade capture by the highest ranking angels of Heaven for many years by using the environment to his advantage. He is the leader of The Vocitus Syndicate, a large group of people who lost their homes, and is the brains behind the Sodales universe. He is exceptionally excellent when it comes to dealing with the workings of a universe.
Standard Tactics:
- Environmental Manipulation: Cassian most prefers to manipulate the environment around him, sprouting pillars of earth to attack and defend, summon chains from fire, water or any other available element or manipulate the structure of an element or object into whatever he wants such as turning water into lava, oxygen into carbon dioxide, turning wood into ropes and more.
- Tentacles: Cassian can turn any part of his body into multiple tentacles and attack his target with them
- Illusion: Cassian would try to toy with his opponent's mental state by using their fears against them while obscuring the rest of the area with black smoke. Can be negated if an opponent's fears are not big enough to actually affect their mental state.
- Dual Wield: Cassian can summon his scissors and split them into daggers to initiate close combat. He can also turn his daggers into swords.

Tanked blows from Seraphim Angels, reversed the corruption spell, similar to that of the anomalies in existence, of a collection of universes, temporarily subdued a seraphim angel, created an infinite dimension outside of the multiverse, accidentally altered a dimension higher than the multiverse (Limbo), accidentally altered the void into a black and white static, caused a universe with infinite variants and infinite timelines to cease to exist
