Summary[]
Bizarre is the major antagonist of the duology, serving as the major antagonist of Sonic and the Powerpuff Girls and a minor antagonist of Courage the Cowardly Dog: The Old Stories of Brunette. Outside of both series, she's also one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside HIM) of the Sonic and the Powerpuff Girls remake. In the old series, she is the member of the Powerpunk Girls. During the remake, she is the evil ruler of Townsville, leading some of the villains in the story while also manipulating many citizens of Townsville before her true colors.
