Before the Sable Dawn is a story set in an urban fantasy setting. On modern Earth, the supernatural and the fantastical are hidden from the normal and mundane. The story itself details the twin siblings Shizuka and Haruki Rivera attempting to find their father’s killer. As the two work together, an accident drives them down into a deeper conspiracy than they could ever imagine.

An Explanation on the Verse's Concepts
Power of the Verse[]
Before the Sable Dawn is a rather powerful verse, with even the weakest characters ranging from Building Level all the way to Island Level. But the strongest of the powerhouses find themselves reaching into Star Levels of power. Speed is no issue to most characters, as even weaker characters can move at Subsonic speeds, with the fastest reaching FTL to Massively FTL+.
But what this verse excels in is the hax abilities that many characters wield. Through the use of Magic, characters are known to be able to manipulate concepts and damage on fundamental levels of reality. In addition, plenty of characters wield unique abilities and powers such as Technology Manipulation, Existence Erasure, or Power Nullification. The top tiers of the verse wield impressive abilities of their own, such as manipulating time and causality to a point so fine that they are capable of altering reality.
