True Death Epic is basically the true grim reaper, not only does he kill someone when they are close to dying but also those who work for evil and such, so basically even if he looks evil he is also logically gods right hand man
Upon meeting Ausra, he was tasked to kill her and take her soul because of how confident she is, and how much she was foolish enough to think that she can laugh at the face of death because of her being able to destroy universes and how nothing could even mortally kill her, but that now changes because of True Death Epic wanting to kill her
After this, Ausra learnt her lesson and lived her life as well, but she only had 1 more month to live before she died, she lived her 1 month to the fullest until she died by the hands of True Death Epic
