Summary[]
A Bearfolk warrior who fought in defense of the Feywild during the Last War, Arthur now occasionally wanders the continent, searching for worthwhile foes to test his skill against. He was met by the party in the Shimmering Palace festival, in which he also helped them murder a Fear Smith.
