Stop this. Stop forcing yourself to save someone you don't even know. It's pointless.
~ Argentum talking to Tskuyo in their last encounter

Argentum Alba is the main antagonist of Olethros, an Executor that has worked alongside Tsukyo for a number of years. The two were best friends in their childhood, and their bond deepening with each mission that they went on. But when Tsukyo disobeyed the orders of the new ruler of New Olympus and fighting against other Executors, Argentum was sent to kill her. Struggling between his duty and his friendshhip, Argentum would eventually become a mindless killing machine in his task to kill his once best friend.

Appearance[]

Even before he gained the scars, Argentum was a menacing figure to look at. His red eyes didn't help whenever he looked anywhere, as it looked as if he was glaring at whoever had wronged him in the day. His face was always contorted into either a frown or a resting face of disappointment, almost never being able to smile. A mop of black hair stretched down all the way down to his lower torso, and with perpetually pale skin, it wasn't a surprise that he looked like a vampire to most. In comparison to Tsukyo, he was definitely the skinnier of the two, always looking as if he was losing weight each day. Even now, he has a rather lanky and skinny build, easily being able to disappear into a crowd.

In his time as an Executor, Argentum managed to gain a little bit of fat, but still retained his younger build. A common set of clothes that he wears while on the job was a pair of black jeans running down to black and red running shoes, along with some type of coat over a dark gray shirt. Around his neck is a dog-tag that he managed to gather from the ruins of an ancient building in the wasteland. As that has become his hobby, he wears it with him wherever he goes. But the most telling sign and possibly the reason why he's the most dangerous is the gigantic sheathe he carries on his back. The sheathe is made out of a strange black material, and it is easily similar to him in height. Jutting out of the sheathe's throat is a gigantic hilt embroidered in gold with various symbols. Mostly of New Olympus logos.

Personality[]

Argentum is a very quiet and stoic individual, not wanting to talk often and when he does, he speaks in short breaths. But this is mostly because of his anti-social nature, and not understanding how to talk to others. That is how he is most of the time, except for the times where he begins to enjoy what he's doing. This could either be from punishing criminals to fighting against Titans. But whenever he gets excited, he gets loud. He unleashes guttural laughter, cries in frustration and irritation whenever something becomes tedious, and spouting off random one-off phrases.

He has shown hints and symptoms of depression, often not being able to sleep often and finding it difficult to listen to conversations or orders. He believes that he hasn't found his purpose in life, and as such, is often sluggish. But whenever he does manage to listen to orders, Argentum accomplishes them with the utmost efficiency, wasting no time and effort. Despite having no purpose in his life, he is rather intelligent and has commented multiple times on this fact. But is often too tired or bored to truly do anything with it.

Relationships[]

Tsukyo Ulysses[]

You know what we're supposed to do.

For most of his life, Argentum has followed right behind Tsukyo's footsteps, always looking to her for the answers and seeing her as a type of role model to him. Having been incredibly close friends in their childhood, the two have managed to forge a nigh-unbreakable bond. But that's when the problems began. Argentum listened to her every word, taking it all in for account. That was when she mentioned about how the rulings of New Olympus was for the best of humanity. Taking that idea to heart, Argentum only began to follow the orders of New Olympus. He didn't even question when a new leader had suddenly rose to power, only continuing to follow in their orders. For a time, he believed that Tsukyo had done the same until he discovered that she had betrayed the empire. Still being friends, each time they clashed, he offered her a chance to come back. Eventually growing into desperation, that was his downfall as he was led into her trap.

Zaeto Kagami[]

Yes, sir.

Meeting the newly elected leader of New Olympus, Argentum's relationship between him and Zaeto was strained, before it eventually grew into a manipulative relationship, and he was the victim. Each time the two met, whether it be in the halls or in the newly established office, Zaeto would mold him into the perfect killing machine. Zaeto is a master liar and manipulator, enjoying the process of controlling others to do his bidding with simple words. When it came to Argentum, Zaeto thoroughly altered the man's mind in order to become the perfect killing machine. Argentum couldn't do anything about it, except for nod and carry out the man's orders. Before he went out to capture Tsukyo, Argentum pledged himself as Zaeto's sword.

Combat Statistics[]

Tier: At least Low 7-B

Key: Base

Powers and Abilities:

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Enhanced Senses (Executors have immensely enhanced senses, being able to see objects kilometers away and have a heavily advanced sense of touch), Durability Negation (Capable of damaging Titans. His manifested will is capable of cleaving through anything), Master Swordsman (Is an expert swordsman and is cited as one of the most skilled in the entirety of New Olympus, just lagging behind Tsukyo), Soul Manipulation (Damages on a spiritual level, can manipulate his own soul and bring its effects onto reality), Creation, Subjective Reality (Executors bring the very effects of their soul onto reality via their own will, creating physical constructs out of nothing), Spatial Manipulation (Argentum's will is capable of cleaving through space directly), Immortality Negation (Type III), Regeneration Negation (Up to High) (Executors are capable of permanently damaging Titans), Quantum Manipulation and Deconstruction (Via weaponry)

Resistance to Soul Manipulation (Executors are capable of surviving strikes to their soul and even recuperate if given enough time), Quantum Manipulation, Deconstruction (Can tank strikes that can disrupt and split quantum bonds), Willpower Manipulation (An Executor's will is strong enough to shunt out any interference to their willpower)

Attack Potency: At least Small City Level (Was capable of fighting on-par with Nidhogg and even overpower it on several occasions, who is capable of carving a hole through a mountain)

Speed: Massively Hypersonic+ (His fight against Tsukyo was said to take place between microseconds and that they were moving so fast not even other Exceutors could see them)

Lifting Strength: Unknown, possibly Class T (While Executors have shown no feats of lifting strength, they are supposedly comparable to Titans, who have been able to lift entire mountains while under extreme duress)

Striking Strength: At least Small City Level

Durability: At least Small City Level

Stamina: High. Executors have been known to be on missions for multiple weeks with very little rest or breaks, and have been shown to fight for multiple days.

Range: Extended Melee Range, Kilometers with weaponry (Executors are known to have been able to hit targets kilometers away, could hear and accurately track a distress signal despite being kilometers away)

Standard Equipment:

  • Ebony: The main blade that Argentum wields, and is the sword inside of the massive sheathe. It is a two-handed Zweihänder made with a strange black material that is capable of cutting through mostly anything. This is because of the weapons that the Executors use, and how they are capable of severing bonds on a quantum level, completely annihilating a target's atomic structure. Unlike Tsukyo's Thorn, this seems to be a natural ability the Ebony has, having no need for an energy field to do so.

Intelligence: Despite not seeming intelligent, Argentum is someone who has been known to craft multiple plans and even account for uncertain and undefined factors.

Weaknesses: Argentum's manifestation of his will drains his stamina far greater and faster than other Executor's manifestations. Can be swayed by master liars.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

Sword-background

Severance: Argentum's manifestation of his will projected and forced onto the world. It is presented as a throne made entirely out of swords, daggers, and battle-axes. It represents his mindless and isolation, as he sits upon a lonely throne that pushes everyone away, whether both physically or metaphorically. But the true power is in its passive power that it exudes, as when it is summoned, it cuts and slices through anything as it slashes at a target's position in space itself. Just like Tsukyo's own manifestation, trying to deflect these attacks are impossible as it cleaves, cuts, and hacks through anything the moment it is summoned and doesn't stop until it is desummoned. The downside is that Argentum can only keep it up for 5 seconds, until he is completely exhausted. This is often used as a last resort.
