Summary[]
Apophis is one of the Pleroma, transcendent beings in Before the Sable Dawn that supposedly participated in the creation of the world. According to its followers and teachings, Apophis is the very manifestation of darkness and supposedly existed before all others. As the manifestation of darkness itself, Apophis seemingly defines and reinforces the existence of light. It would be the first Pleroma to ever be witnessed from a mortal's perspective, where upon its awakening, it would consume a star.
