Summary[]
Angel Eyes, also known as The Injury Fiend, is a character in the Chainsaw Man RP Reservoir Devils.
Inhabiting the body of a studant in law killed in a break-in, Angel Eyes went on a killing spree, targetting humans and Devils alike, due to his sadomasochistic nature. Craving for a good fight, he made an enemy of Public Safety, terrorizing the city of Tokyo for years.
Eventually kidnapped, his help was bought by Public Safety with the promise of good fights and strong opponents. Now no more than a dog working for Special Divion 6, he stands with 13 other Devil Hunters in the never ending quest to purge Earth of Devils.

Powers and Abilities: General Devil Physiology, Immortality (Type 2. Stays alive even with all bones in his body broken, when fatally poisoned, and with several fatal wounds), Regeneration (Mid. Should be comparable or above the Fox Devil, who regenerated from having his brain destroyed and lacerated by Katana Man. Regenerated every bone in his body being broken, and from immediatly taking a fatal dose of H2S, which usually results in immediate brain death), Martial Arts (Although lacking in conventional training, is extremely knowledgeble in the best ways of injuring others, with this translating into an effective combat style), Weapon Mastery (Seems capable with the majority of weapons he can hold, prefering swords and guns most of all. An incredible marksman, capable of hitting targets even when running at full speed), Biological Manipulation (Can control injuries on himself and others, moving them around those he has physical contact with. Can make even small cuts fatal by moving them into the throat. Can course correct wounds caused by himself, turning things like nearly fatal wounds into fatal wounds or superficial cuts into dangerous wounds. Also allows for a form of healing, where he can relocate fatal injuries to less important parts of the body), minor Information Analysis (Can analyse the body structure of those he touches to find any injuries that may have been caused), Damage Transferal (With a touch, he can transfer his wounds into someone's body, or transfer their wounds to himself, at the cost of blood), Resistance to Pain Manipulation (Incapable of feeling pain, with even the processes required to create the sensation of pain not existing in his body, instead being replaced with receptors for pleasure)
Attack Potency: Large Building level+ (Weaker than, but still comparable to Mazui, who threw the Skinwalker Devil into the ground hard enough to create a massive crater. Wrestled and damaged the Snake Devil with his punches, creating a visible, fist sized crater in its tail, with the Snake Devil being capable of creating holes in the ground that lead directly into Tokyo's sewage system. The Snake Devil has also defeated the Ghost Devil in one bite, with the Ghost Devil overwhelming Katana Man, who is much stronger than an early Denji, which should make him somewhat comparable to Chainsaw Man)
Speed: Supersonic+ (Repetedly created sonic booms in his fight against Shin, leaped fast enough to break the sound barrier when going to chase the Cannibal Devil, should be equal to Mazui in speed)
Lifting Strength: Class K (Briefly wrestled with the Snake Devil, who is massive, and threw a car at Shin. Comparable, but weaker than Mazui)
Striking Strength: Large Building level+
Durability: Large Building level+ (Withstood being in the middle of the Snake Devil's teleportation shockwave, which blew a massive amount of concrete away, though with massive damage). Immortality, regeneration and powers make him hard to kill
Stamina: Superhuman (Has one of the best physical staminas among the group, in part due to lacking the capacity to feel pain entirely. Still atempted to fight even when every bone in his body shattered, and dug himself out of a dome of exponentially replicating monsters while fatally poisoned. His mental stamina, however, is far lower, due to his lack of resolve and goals)

Intelligence: Fairly ignorant towards human customs and common sense, and just like even more intelligent Fiends he lacks basic education. However, when it comes to combat, weapons and injury related topics, Angel Eyes is an expert, being capable of escaping Public Safety grasp for several years on end, killing many Devil Hunters and Devils in the process. Is an incredible marksman, capable of hitting targets from dozens of meters away while running. Knows every in-and-out of human and animal biology, allowing him to better target weak points
Standard Tactics: If a target is too far away, usually dozens of meters or so, Angel Eyes will pellet them with bullets, using his power to correct any near misses into fatal hits. Any closer, or with opponents who seem unaffected, he is much more willing to go melee, sometimes taking his, but mostly relying on his fists, effectively beating any opponents to death. He also seems open to using his enviroment to his advantage, throwing cars and other vehicles at opponents.
Weaknesses: Lacks common sense and generally acts as a nuisance to most around him. Lacks the mental stamina needed to keep up with his near-endless physical stamina, and moves his own injuries slower than that of his opponents. Swapping injuries around takes much of his blood reserves, and requires blood to regenerate. Wounds need to be close to fatal spots for "course correction" to be immediatly useful, and he cannot move severed apendages, scars, or non-solid body parts, and cannot move purely internal damage.
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Injury Relocation: Angel Eyes' Fiend power. With it, he can relocate wounds, either on himself or on someone he has a hold on, into another part of their body. This has a wide range of applications, serving as a minor healing power, or one that allows much smaller wounds to lead someone to death. The relocation starts fairly slow, before massively speeding up the longer his grasp on someone is. Wounds he himself causes are also briefly affected by this, allowing him to control them immediatly after causing them. This allows him to course correct nearly fatal wounds into fatal wounds, although he needs to have hit close to vitals for this to be the case. By sacrifising a chunk of his blood supply, he's capable of transfering his wounds to someone else, or transfering their wounds to his body.
