Summary[]

One of the main capes responsible for the Detroit Incident, Alice Magnea, better known by her moniker of The Magical Girl is a highly violent parahuman who tries to enact justice wherever she goes. She is a highly unstable individual, who often resorts to extreme violence in order to eliminate that which she deems evil. Alongside her general mental problems, she is also highly effected by her shard which further pushes her to violence. She ultimately died in the Detroit Incident by the hands of Scion.

Powers and Abilities: Transformation (Can transform into a magical girl), Self-Statistics Amplification (While transformed all her stats are massively enhanced. She can also double her movement speed), Flight (While her mana is high she can freely fly), Energy Projection (Can shoot a death beam), Damage Boost (Can increase the damage of her melee strikes), Forcefield Creation (Can erect forcefields to soak damage for herself), Rage Power (Can enter a rage state in where she ignores her wound to keep fighting, with her bouncing back into full capacity if done from 0 mana), Resistance to Reality Warping and Physics Manipulation (She is generally resistant to powers bar pure physical force)

Intelligence: Below Average (Is highly unstable emotionally and mentally, being at the whims of her shard in regards to who she considers an enemy or not. Furthermore if her mana reserves are low enough she enters a manic episode where she risks attacking people at random. She is also extremely narcissistic, viewing herself as the "hero" of the story despite her actions)

Weaknesses: If she does not have people to murder her power reserve can dwindles fast, and if it reaches zero it takes over a day to recharge back. Has a mana reserve, with her power getting weaker the more mana she uses. Loses mana over time, and if she is below 50 mana she becomes manic.

Notable Attacks/Techniques: Alice starts with 100 mana upon transforming, with her various special moves costing varying amount of mana. Every 6 seconds she loses 10 mana, and once she reaches 0 she detransforms and can't turn back into a magical girl for a day. She kill enemies to regain 50 mana, or do heroic actions such as blocking attacks for allies and saving people to gain 10 mana.

    • 74-25: Her resistance to powers is weaker and she can longer fly.
    • 24-1: While in this threshold she is extremely weakened, with her lacking her resistance to powers.

    • Light-Step (10): With this move Alice doubles her movement speed.
    • Hero Shield (5): If Alice is about to be hit she can spawn a forcefield around herself to absorb the hit instead.

    • Magical Girl Butcher: If Alice is defeated or reaches 0 mana she can enter a rage state in where she ignores all current wound effects in order to push herself to fight, with her going for longer if she defeats people of equal strength to her. In case she does so at 0 mana she gains 100 mana, but loses 25 per round.
