Short Summary[]
Alela Stardust is an S-Class hero of the WPA. For all of her life, she's had the ability to use Volt; an unexplained force which allows her to draw on the power of lightning directly from within her body. Alongside that power, she's a highly skilled ninja and has been training with her adoptive father, Kaketsu, ever since she first arrived on the mainland. However, she is actually the host for the Tempest Soul, who acts in place of her general soul and provides her a medium form accessing the power of the Tempest Deity, otherwise known as True Electrojutsu, in order to enact judgement on those who defy the laws of space and time. Alela doesn't like this, and after he battle against Kyofu decided to take her power and use it for her own desired purposes, these being the protection of Earth and her family/friends.
Relationships[]
Light Suzaku: Light is a fellow hero and Alela's love interest. They first met directly after Alela had been accepted as an S Class hero. In Light's family, it's a custom for them to 'test' stronger opponents with an unexpected sword slash. She intercepted his attack, which shocked and impressed Light. Ever since that moment, they became friends with each other and created a rivalry. Alela raced and trained with Light repeatedly and the two even came up with combination attacks. They basically did everything together, whether it be formal or casual. During the attack of the New Monster Association, Alela and Light went underground together but accidentally were separated. Alela showed great care for Light due to being separated, which is when she began to realize her feelings. Later, the two were members of the hero group sent underwater to assist the Leviathan Sea in the Great Sea War, where they received entirely new teamwork training from Sake, who taught them new styles as well as the value of working with others during gigantic fights. During their war training Light and Alela realized that they loved each other, but they didn't admit it yet. When the war ended, she was one of the very many people to go on vacation to Kamihana Kingdom, a formerly isolationist land which had hidden itself off from the mainland. In Kamihana, there were two Ninja groups at war with each other; Stardust and the Guild of Shadows. Alela and Meerus were sought after by Kyofu, the leader of Stardust, who had ulterior motives for them specifically. They were captured after a battle against Cosmo Comet and brought back to the base and sent down below to the Ultima Chamber, Stardust's bottommost area. There, Kyfou unveiled Alela's true backstory: she and Meerus were born in Kamihana, and he was their father. Her name as revealed to be Alela Stardust. However, he was a Monster. It turned out that the entire time, Alela had never been human, and that her current form was the result of an experiment from Ultima. Kyofu then revealed that she possessed the power of the Tempest Deity, a being sanctioned for creation by Neptune for the ALELA Project who would travel the stars in order to suppress all powers of Chaos with godly might. This initially broke her, but with help from Meerus she learned to accept herself for who she truly is, and she used the Deity against Kyofu to defeat him. Afterwards, she and Meerus returned to the Kamihana Capital where the Guild of Shadows was invading, and they were able to help destroy their Elder's. Once Dorstru was gone, Alela and Light reunited, and she told him the truth of her existence and that she would understand if he didn't want to be with her and her Monster body. However, Light shocked her by saying that even though she wasn't a human, everything that made her Alela was still there, and that he loved her all the same. They finally shared their first kiss and began dating in the coming days and weeks, but Light's situation made it somewhat complicated.
Kaketsu: Kaketsu is Alela's adoptive father. He taught her a lot of what she knows about ninja fighting and raised her from when she was very young, although he was unsure of where she'd come from. Alela looks up to him as her real father. Unfortunately, he has an injured leg, so he's unable to actively train her anymore, but he does look after her and communicate with her whenever possible. Alela credits him the most for her skills as a Ninja as well as her ability to initially control the Volt in her body. After she was revealed as a Monster, similarly to Light, he told her that no matter what she looked like on the outside, and no matter her true name, she would still be his daughter.
Meerus Stardust: Meerus is Alela's lost brother. After the experiment with Ultima, Alela was turned human. However, Meerus was turned into a sort of hybrid, where his body would fluctuate repeatedly between humanity and Monsterization. When he attempted to attack heroes in Y-City, he was instead faced with soldiers from Vacteria's colony, which he did destroy easily, but was then defeated easily himself by Overlord Galvanic. He was then taken to the New Monster Association where Mobius was able to stabilize his DNA, but he reverted to a human form rather than a Monster one, which gave everyone the false idea that he was born human. Meerus had the ability to change between his human and Monster states. Because Galvanic knew he had Volt, he explained what he knew about Stardust and told Meerus that he should battle Alela when the heroes arrive. He was abler to do exactly that, where he was able to prove that he and Alela were related. After the Akumo battle, Alela and Meerus' DNA matched up, proving they were siblings. Ever since then, they've treated each other as the family they were meant to be. Kaketsu accepted him as his own son as well.

- Acrobatics (Capable of avoiding attacks midair, running across and up vertical surfaces, flipping through the air, and more. As a highly skilled ninja, Alela has notable acrobatic prowess even amongst other highly skilled heroes, such as Miro or Light, and is extremely hard to hit in general)
- Weapon Mastery and Martial Arts (Underwent intense ninja training in her childhood, and honed her techniques further after losing her memory, wields a sword)
- Afterimage Creation (Alela creates afterimages with even the most basic movements when she's battling. Combined with her speed and Ninja fighting style, she can generate far more afterimages, which have been able to easily trick stronger Monsters, including Parasite Kings, who are notably able to discern enemies from 'fakes' and similar due to her proficiency)
- Enhanced Senses (Alela has comparable senses to Light, as she is able to detect the smallest things, such as light disturbances in the air from a good distance away, as well as tell exact basic stats of her opponent, including things such as their height and weight, and is able to determine these things without even looking at someone based on things such as the sounds of soft footsteps. She accurately knew Light's height, weight, and body build even before they met face to face because she detected his footsteps)
- Pressure Points (Alela specifically targets pressure points when using her "Bang Zoom" attack, but is aware of exactly how to notice them and strike them at any portion of a battle, even against varying types of Monster bodies both large and small, with each Monster typically being entirely different from another one)
- Stealth Mastery (As a highly skilled Ninja, Alela is well trained to be stealthy, though is not as good as Light. However, she has been able to sneak up on Monsters who have their own brand of enhanced senses without being detected)

It's far from being anything elemental, rather it's a multiversal force which mimics lightning. As such, it reaches 50,000 degrees Fahrenheit even with its most basic uses)
- Forcefield Creation (With her "Lightning Barrier" which generates a full body shield made from Volt, giving it an air of extreme heat as well as shocking those who come near her)

- Instinctive Action, Extrasensory Perception, and Clairvoyance (The Tempest Soul allows for Alela to act on pure instinct while in the Tempest Deity state, however, mere instinct doesn't even begin to describe her prowess. With Tempest Soul's help, Alela can use powers of the deity she wasn't originally aware of, such as her ability to restore Meerus' memories which had been completely wiped, alongside the ability to properly use her powers at first at all, making her seem 'beyond' an expert level even when having no clue what the Tempest Deity was at all minutes before using it against her father. Alela can dodge opponent attacks she's unable to even perceive based on the instinct of Tempest Soul alone. The Tempest Soul is aware of time-based phenomena as well and will inform Alela if an attack from either the past or future is on the way. Alela is able to dodge attacks, even if she's being rewound back/forward in time or even if her physical mind or body cannot perceive an attack for whatever reason, even if she's never seen the attack before and would have zero chance at dodging based on her own abilities. The Tempest Soul gives her all information necessary to dodge any attack with near perfection, even from those such as Kyofu, who manipulate space-time on a dimensional level for nearly omnidirectional attacks)
- Transmutation and Reality Warping (The Tempest Soul passively warps any opponent attack or specific energy, even those such as the purely chaotic energy produced by Shadojutsu which subverts the natural law around it even at a lower level, including being able to absorb its antimatter, into extra energy and stamina for Alela, accounting for stamina restoration and further empowerment throughout a fight. However, it mostly does this for either 'highly dangerous' energies, energy derived from a chaotic source like Shadojutsu, or simply when Alela is tired or weakened by an enemy effort.)
- Reactive Evolution (Due to the Tempest Deity's purpose, the Tempest Soul is capable of evolving to battle against highly unique abilities. The Soul can force Alela into a higher state of battle by building up a nearly instant resistance to powerful enemy effects and scales her abilities higher in order to eventually overpower someone who can resist her effects, with this being even quicker depending on how powerful the defenses are. This is also a defensive ability which prevents others from doing the same thing to her and also blocking enemies from negating the Deity's defenses and resistances. The Tempest Soul 'corrects' reality to block abilities based in Chaos, which typically consists of those which change, distort, or outright break laws of physics or mathematics to achieve otherworldly effects. However, it can only do this to certain extents, and Alela could be overpowered or even defeated if an enemy acts quick enough, or they possess an ability akin to Magistream Magic/something else otherwise impossible to equalize with. The tempest Soul allows for some attacks, such as the 'Revivification Slash', to adjust to the physiology of Alela's opponent, allowing her to slice them regardless of their makeup, in order to successfully defeat any living being in the universe which may stand against the tempest Deity. This includes beings of Abstract Existence or Nonexistent physiology, which Demons living in the main dimension typically have some level of)
- Mind Erasure (By gathering enough Volt Alela can wipe her opponents mind completely. Even if it can regenerate, memories and such are long gone. Landing this attack annihilates the person her opponent was prior to being hit unless they can regenerate memories.)
- Limited Memory Manipulation (As stated above, Neuron Wiper can wipe out an opponent's memories entirely, however, the inverse can also be true, depending on her application, allowing her to restore the memories of others or even herself if necessary. Like Kyofu, she could also selectively choose memories to wipe out or restore but needs to land her attack first.)
- Portal Creation (Alela can wield portals which are very similar to both Blast and Cobalt's power to generate portals, though Alela can do it through Volt. With them, Alela can travel to anywhere as long as she can sees the place within her head, or if she can sense someone she knows there. They can also be used for teleporting objects and enemy attacks.)
- Overwhelming Aura, Perception Manipulation, Fear Manipulation, Empathic Manipulation, Power Nullification, and Precognition/Information Analysis Negation (The Tempest Deity naturally gives others an innate fear which is inscribed upon their souls at a deep level immediately upon detecting her. This fear is commonly described as a feeling which forces all others to act as if they are in the presence of a genuine God. The aura actively alters the personality of enemies seeking to stand against her in due to the overwhelming and incomprehensible effects that being in the presence of something which transcends them applies. In addition, those who still dare to stand to her find their reality becoming extremely glitchy, with Alela's voice sounding omnipresent, and her being all around them no matter where they go (even through abilities like portals/far teleportation or even Kyofu’s spatial manipulation attempting to block her out and having zero effect), and their bodies beginning to feel like the only way out is to submit to death, with their abilities slowly shutting down one by one as they face her. It could potentially force even an extremely ardent opponent to suicide right there to avoid her depending on the circumstances and how Alela may feel about them, as the Aura's effect is also somewhat dependent on 'malice' she feels towards an enemy. Another aspect of the aura is that it makes herself impossible for an enemy to analyze. Even Ultima could discover zero information about her, and Kyofu found it impossible to predict her moves, even with his ability to manipulate space-time to show literally himself the exact future.)
- Limited Statistics Reduction, Age Manipulation, Life Manipulation, Intangibility Negation, Immortality Negation (Types 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7), Regeneration Negation, and Soul Manipulation (Alela can use Tempest Ultrabolts, which project the image of countless stars within them. These bolts are capable of 'eating' enemies and their attempts to attack her as a whole, nullifying them even if they are extradimensional or similarly powered by The Law. They do this for defensive abilities as well, easily devouring barriers, including those of a similar power like Kyofu's, who can activate a state of near total invulnerability via space-time-based walls of shields and is immortal in some ways himself. These bolts negate abilities such as intangibility and literally rips the lifespan out from those who stand against her, even if they are capable of remaining young for an ungodly number of years. They can erase life, statistics (vastly lowers and outright blocks an enemy's power, speed, etc to nearly zero), age, memories, the very soul, and other fundamental aspects of their being in order to shred them in every way. The Tempest Soul revealed to Alela after the battle against the Guild of Shadows that her Ultrabolts can even permanently kill the undead and those unbound by 'conventional destruction', which was proven beforehand by her ability to permanently kill Guild of Shadows Elder's and literally devour their Demon forms.)
- Deconstruction, Limited Resistance Negation, and Vibration Manipulation (By converting Tempest Ultrabolts into her 'Hands of God' skill, Alela can fire off spatial-vibrating waves emitted from the hands which will disintegrate opponents beyond a molecular level using pure Volt energy as well as her divine-like abilities. They are able to reach through rifts in space-time to follow fleeing enemies as well as destroy those which the base Ultrabolts cannot for whatever reason by enforcing the universal laws upon them in a much harsher fashion.)
- Limited Power Mimicry (Another application of her Hands ability is for Alela to manifest a perfect image of her opponent within the palms of the hand, which then manipulates space in order to create a similar construct of power formed from her own abilities only (which lets her somewhat bypass those who cannot normally be mimicked) to clone her opponents' specific techniques or supernatural abilities. However, abilities functioning similarly to Mana Manipulation are unaffected, not only due to how it works, but also because the Tempest Soul will outright refuse to copy an ability which stands against Order.)
- Advanced Statistics Amplification (Drawing more Volt out of the universe can result in extreme but temporary stat boosts across the board, as her body can't physically contain all the Volt of the universe, rather doing so in a more abstract way which does allow for controlling the Volt, but not containing it in her body for extended periods. Summoning this much Volt results in this power increase.)
- Regeneration (High-Mid normally, Mid-Godly over time. Electrojutsu allows for immense regenerative capabilities, and as Alela as a user of 'True Electrojutsu', she is easily the best. Although she is able to use Volt to restore virtually any bodily loss, the Tempest Soul has far greater regenerative abilities. If it or Alela were somehow destroyed, eventually the Tempest Soul would reform both itself and Alela, but this isn't exactly combat applicable due to the time it takes in order to do so)

- Awakened Power (As a result of Tempest Soul finally reaching Alela in real time outside of her dreams, both of them can finally work in unison as the true Tempest Deity, awakening both of their powers resulting in new heights and extra abilities Alela could not use while fighting Kyofu regardless of how much Soul evolved her. Their evolution capabilities are twice as fast now, but remain temporary)
- Supernatural Willpower (Tempest Soul and Alela are one, making his will hers and vice versa. Tempest Souls entire existence is put into his will to empower Alela and see to it that the Deity's purpose is fulfilled to the point of self-deprivation if such is necessary. Against Tamashi, Alela had the willpower to pull herself up from her 'Dark Chasm' Spell, which passively drains stats, life, and the very existence out of those she attacks with it based on Tempest Soul exploding with might as a response, enhancing the will of both and allowing them to actually make it a battle at all, a feat that stunned Lillian to silence and impressed Tamashi to the point of respecting her. With Tempest Souls help, Alela can push on in the face seemingly all-consuming darkness, though this does not affect the rate at which they are able to evolve their stats and abilities, and is conditional on Alela and Soul desiring for the same outcome)
- Limited Existence Erasure, Madness Manipulation, Matter Manipulation, and Time Manipulation (By creating a 'Tempest Singularity', which is done by Alela slamming Tempest Ultrabolts together and spinning them rapidly, creating a black hole-like phenomenon which erase anything that contacts or the sparks it gives off on a level beyond what the typical Ultrabolts do. The singularity generates a wave of colors and energies which the mind cannot comprehend, rendering most opponents collapsed into madness upon even glancing at it. The resulting waves created by the singularity altered the properties of matter itself at the macro-quantum around the location it was created, in extreme cases turning matter itself straight into Volt Particles. Its sparks created cracks through space-time itself which sent Tamashi's Spells into different points across time and outside the universe, allowing Alela to avoid them.)
- Greater Martial Arts and Electricity Manipulation (Macro-Quantum; Via the Tempo Divinity Fist, a martial arts style which Tempest Soul creates in tandem with Alela with the use of Cosmic Awareness as well as Alela further understanding her powers. Tempest Soul explained that this art is exclusive to the Tempest Deity and that it utilizes the fighting skills and styles of countless users of Electrojutsu across the cosmos, essentially making her a near-perfect fighter with the skill surpassing her regular fighting ability by hundreds to thousands of times over, putting her exponentially over the likes of Akumo and Light Suzaku even after he had assimilated the skills of both Alela herself and Licorice Suzaku. When the Tempo Divinity Fist is active, Alela and Tempest Souls minds become one, giving her calculation speed unmatched and the ability to maintain her divine-like way of fighting. Was able to fight off seemingly endless clones of Tamashi in her pocket realm until she used Black Equalizer, and even then, managed to fight multiple clones at once as she and Tempest Soul learned more of each other's fighting style. With her ‘Sheer Divine Shocker’ attack, Alela fused her fist with Tempest Ultrabolts and punched Tamashi through her Pocket Realm, a place completely cut off from regular space-time in general from the outside, casting shockwaves which dominated the pocket realm and caused it to collapse and resulting in Tamashi's soul being 'shattered' by her punch, which traveled an interdimensional distance. Can also generate multiple Electrojutsu appendages acting as extra arms and blades for her, further enhancing her fighting capability)
- Body Control (Can become a 'Macro Cloud', which is a highly advanced Electrojutsu technique where Alela's body becomes a cloud-like substance of Volt particles, rendering her immune to conventional physical attacks and other means. As a Macro Cloud, she can cast lightning that atomizes what it encompasses and basically spam these bolts to no end. She can also spread herself out, increasing the range of her Tempest Aura among other benefits but cannot use the Tempo Divinity Fist. There are various other techniques she can use, however, and she can enter this state automatically if her opponent reduces her to smoke.)
- Spatial Manipulation, Conceptual Manipulation, Paralysis Inducement, Existence Erasure and Greater Soul Manipulation (Type 1 - Learned how to replicate the Tempest Severance ability Kyofu previously had used on her while fighting Tamashi, giving her the ability to sever the opponents and their soul at the conceptual level in order to prevent healing or reunion between them, while at the same time paralyzing them through spatio-temporal bolts of lightning converging on their location before striking with a 'thousand lashes' of being severing attacks where just one is capable of conceptual destruction and outright erasure)
- Large Size (Type 2 with the Tempo-Titan construct, which could go up to 500 meters in height with arms of 200 meters in length)
- Restoration (Through 'Tempest Reversion' Alela could restore the corruption and corrosion induced upon her and even Tempest Soul himself by Tamashi's natural aura, as well as the unrecoverable holes she had poked into him which not even his natural regen was recovering at a fast enough rate to a point where he risked being destroyed if he was struck enough times by her Magic attacks, which included deconstruction well beyond Kyofu's Tempest Severance move. Although she could not spam it, Alela managed to separate from Tamashi multiple times to allow herself to use the ability)
- Weapon Manipulation, Power Modification, Size Manipulation, and Reality Warping (Via 'Blade of True Tempest Judgement', Alela can convert her blade into a concentrated Ultrabolt with the properties of her Revivification Slash, granting her the power to shred, negate, and sever the existence of her enemies with just one slash, devouring and turning them to zero on contact, with the weapon being able to stretch and maneuver just like a regular Ultrabolt as well as split off into five extensions or generate whirlwinds of Ultrabolts, further enhancing its fatal and versatile nature, all the while warping reality to bypass the defenses placed in front of them, whether they be abstract, nonexistent in nature, or chaotic and preventing nullification by warping themselves to remain strong and present in existence among other things, slicing through space-time, physics, and reality itself as they soar, surpassing the immense capabilities of the base Ultrabolts. Managed to defend against Tamashi's Mana for a limited time whereas regular Ultrabolts could not through their reality warping antics. Can greatly increase the size of singular Ultrabolts, making them large enough to consume skyscrapers without a loss of speed at the cost of being unable to split it into five)
- Greater Forcefield Creation, Law Manipulation, Subjective Reality, Attack Reflection and Information Manipulation (Type 1 - Via 'Walls of Volting Divinity', Alela is able to make a perfectly spherical barrier imbued with the essence of Tempest Soul himself to protect her by outright blocking the information behind a phenomenon which may damage her, kill her, or negatively impact her to a point where she is truly threatened, leaving behind only positive influences on her being by ruling such into reality itself, wielding what is called the 'Tempest Deity's Decree', a last resort power that layers over reality with her needs, surpassing attempts to subvert reality in accordance to her word, which is akin to the word of god that can only be successfully spoken if both Alela and Tempest Soul are acting in awakened states. In an act of desperation after her Tempest Reversion was blocked off from her, she was able to create a thousand of these barriers over herself at once, all stacked and layered atop each other and enchanting the ability of the next shield, giving her an amazing defense as a last effort to finally block Tamashi's Magic and ensure the safety of Light and the Divine Flower, which was only overcome as a result of Tamashi winning in a ruthless battle of wills and Tempest Soul's failure to synchronize their powers to Alela's Ordingate on time, letting her Magic pass through despite all convictions of reality pointing to that being an impossibility. According to her decree, anything manifested in reality has little to no chance of bypassing her Walls, and can only do so by supplanting not just the whims of reality as she needs it, but Alela's will and word themselves, as well as Tempest Souls immense pushback and evolution)
All previous Resistances plus greater to Power Mimicry (Only those who've unlocked the Volt within themselves can wield Electrojutsu properly, while movement patterns and such could be mimicked, Electrojutsu and Volt based powers and abilities cannot be copied unless one tunes themselves with the universe itself. However, going further beyond, the power of the Tempest Deity is only accessible by an innate connection to Alela's soul, the Tempest Soul, in order to prevent outside forces from copying the power meant to keep reality checked without breaking a limiter), Soul Manipulation (The Tempest Soul is highly resistant to soul-based abilities. It outright ignores these from those weaker than her, but even against an opponent who is far more powerful, the Tempest Soul remains strong against them. It is completely resistant to opposing forces attempting to control or manipulate it and cannot be erased due to being unaffected by anything Kyofu could dish out, but also against Juuoni as the Beast Demon and his ability to vacuum souls out and devour them, and the Shadojutsu energy which can corrupt a soul deep enough to outright erase it after enough exposure), Memory Manipulation (Resists Kyofu's ability to annihilate memories from existence as well as her own Neuron Wiper, which erases all connections in the brain to memories and can even disintegrate it as a whole as well), Limited resistance to Overwhelming Aura, Perception Manipulation, Fear Manipulation, Empathic Manipulation, Power Nullification (Alela, while not directly resisting these things entirely, is able to push away other auras of similar ability and prowess, most notably with Kyofu's aura which possessed the same effects and an ability to grow ever stronger to surpass hers. Their auras directly clashed against each other, but she was never surpassed. The Tempest Soul won't allow anyone to surpass Alela's aura, but her mere existence as the Tempest Deity and possession of the Tempest Soul would allow her to push on through these effects if her aura were somehow overpowered in any way, although she would still feel them), BFR (Volt gates function very similarly to Hyperspace Gates, which can be used to travel to and from other 'realms'. Cobalt's portals can be used intricately enough for even universal travel to be unable to recover, however, the gates themselves can be. Alela can travel anywhere she has already been, or to anywhere she senses someone she knows. Tempest Ultrabolts can free her if she's BFR'd into a pocket realm), Sealing and Pocket Reality Manipulation (Tempest Ultrabolts are capable of devouring entire pocket worlds, dimensions, realities, and other equivalents if they are being used to attempt to contain her and her power. The Ultrabolts instinctively devoured an entire planet-sized pocket reality Weaved by Dorstru in the span of just two seconds in order to free her), Possession, Mind Manipulation, Body Puppetry, Biological Manipulation (The Tempest Soul will passively block attempts to forcefully control Alela because the Tempest Deity's purpose will be determined by her alone. Kyofu was unable to control her through methods including the manipulation of her molecules, muscles, and similar. In addition, he could not control her with his hypnosis-like abilities even with direct hits.), Darkness Manipulation and Deconstruction (Resisted Kyofu's ability to surround her in constantly damaging darkness as well as his 'Dark Volts' which deconstruct anything on contact. In addition, she resisted his ability to deconstruct opponents through spatial manipulation as well, despite his ability to literally delete space and everything within said space. It should be noted that Ultrabolts are capable of devouring both, though Alela does have feats of being hit by and surviving them while practically unaffected, largely thanks to the Tempest Soul), Black Hole Creation and Void Manipulation (Resisted the Torrent Voids of Necrozus Suzaku, which functioned as both black holes as well as voids erasing things with antimatter and Shadojutsu. Although effective against her typical Volt attacks, Tempest Ultrabolts were also able to devour them with effortless fervor), Matter Manipulation (Resisted being erased/crushed by Kyofu's ability to erase space around him, including all the matter within said areas), Paralysis Inducement (Electrojutsu users are unable to be paralyzed by other users, whereas Electrojutsu is typically able to overcome even powerful paralysis resistance), Sound Manipulation (Although Alela herself can be affected by this, the Tempest Soul cannot. If Alela finds herself being hindered by sound-based abilities, the Tempest Soul takes over and forcefully sets her on track, rendering her unable to be truly affected), Heat Manipulation (Unaffected by the raw heat she produces as well as the heat from Kyofu's attacks, which far exceed Grender Supervoltix's ability to greatly raise the heat of his Electrojutsu, even reaching one million degrees Celsius. These numbers are casual for Alela and don't harm her in the slightest. The Tempest Soul stated that she could stand in the center of a supernova and remain fine, although likely uncomfortable, and the explosion itself would harm her), Cosmic Radiations and Extreme Cold (Effortlessly capable of surviving in Kyofu's spatial realm which wields the same side effects of actually being in outer space), Corrosion Inducement (Completely unaffected by standing near a Guild of Shadows Elder, who possesses basic Demon Aura effects, including the ability to turn their surroundings and enemies into corroded goop after merem minutes of contact), Physics Manipulation (Can forcefully correct herself against kyofu's ability to literally force space in all different directions form a large distance. He can do this even for non-physical or intangible things, even if they're normally capable of manipulating their own directions expertly. By changing space, Kyofu can negate these sorts of abilities to make him further unable to be attacked by conventional means. However, none of this remotely does anything to Alela), Limited to Time Manipulation (although Alela isn't innately resistant to abilities manipulating time, the Tempest Soul is aware of changes made and can move Alela in stopped time, or even as time is being reversed/altered in order to keep her safe from attacks from the future and/or past., and is demonstrated doing so against Dorstru, who used his powers as the Weaving Demon to attempt this type of attack. Alela is not aware of this at first, however.), Memory Manipulation (Alela is unaffected by abilities similar to her own Neuron Wiper, but even on top of that, the Tempest Soul can restore memories if a stronger ability proves to be able to destroy them), Limited to Reality Warping (Her Tempest Aura can somewhat block the effects of reality warping, and alongside the Tempest Soul, she can at least slow abilities such as reality warping down when it is being used both on her and around her. Grender could battle against Ako and his upgraded forms, including Transformation Bravery. Even her more casual lightning is far beyond that of Mars, who can destroy the at least Earth 15 times with his strongest zap)

- Guardian Bolt: Alela's sword. She is very skilled with it, most of her moves revolving around having her blade handy. It was given to her by her adoptive father, designed to amazingly conduct electricity so that she may be as strong as possible.
- Kunai: Alela keeps a kunai on her at all times in case she ever loses her sword for whatever reason. She also uses the kunai for surprise attacks rather than her sword, unless she has already started the fight.
- Waterproof Cape: After becoming a hero, Alela adopted a waterproof cape based on Light's advice for her. It protects from liquids
Intelligence: Gifted (She is highly eccentric, but that is not an indication of her. She has been trained as a Ninja her entire life and maintained that skill after losing her memory. She knows how to battle with a myriad of different techniques and against differing enemy body types, wielding her sword and Volt to near perfection. Like Light, she has been described as one of the most skillful heroes.) | Gifted normally, Extraordinary Genius battle IQ via the Tempest Soul (As the Tempest Deity, Alela and the Tempest Soul act as one, and this includes their capacity for thinking. The Soul is extremely aware of battle situations, which assist Alela with her instinctive action, and is also well aware of practically every possible different fighting style throughout inhabited worlds due to his awareness of the Volt throughout the universe, which every living being has. Because of this, he also has preplanned methods of countering certain battle styles, which Alela would innately use herself without knowing if she were to encounter one. When facing something the Tempest Soul may not have been aware of, he and Alela are able to form multiple very complex strategies, oftentimes planned as 'layered' strats which can trick other extremely smart enemies, in order to ensure her victory. The tempest Soul also has backup plans for if Alela's signature abilities, her aura and Ultrabolts, fail for whatever reason. When the two are working in sync this way, Alela talks much smarter than she does usually and acts far faster and efficiently than ever before. This is because of the Tempest Soul's thoughts being one with Alela's.)
Standard Tactics: Alela battles with speed, using her Volt and ninja prowess to defeat enemies quickly and efficiently, like Light. Alela likes to talk it up during a battle, unless it is especially serious, in which case she will focus harder. Either way, she's passionate and never shy's away from challenges.
Weaknesses: Alela is very protective of Light and will take him to safety mid fight if necessary. On her own, she is quite talkative, even to her enemy, which leaves openings for them to attack her. However, the Tempest Soul fixes that up well. However, as the Tempest Deity, the Tempest Soul would refuse to copy chaos-based attacks with her power mimicry, and she can be exposed by them in general. Magic-like abilities, if used properly and function similarly to Mana Manipulation, can disrupt her attacks as well as her connection to the Tempest Soul. Her Tempest Aura and the severity of the Tempest Ultrabolts can both be weakened significantly if she either isn't angry at her opponent, or she doesn't see them as a threat, or if she is simply fond of them. However, in a tense battle situation, even if she doesn't have ill-will towards an opponent, she would be able to use both of them properly if she decided to do so. After Tempest Soul and Alela awaken to each other, it's possible that they won't see eye to eye against certain opponents, and therefore Alela's powers will be difficult for her to control and in some cases use at all, especially her most powerful stuff. Alela can be overcome by a large gap in power, skill, or pure ability right away even if Tempest Souls willpower kicks in depending on the ability. If they are caught off guard by something, they will be temporarily out of sync, weakening their powers, skills, and general fighting while also slowing them down. Tempest Soul struggles from arrogance and believes the deity unstoppable, hence a failure to sync her to her Ordingate before Tamashi defeated her.
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
Wind Blade Kick: A speedy, front flip kick. More power comes from the momentum of the flip. It's a basic technique, and one of the very first things she learned.
Windy Volt Slash: An electrically charged slashing attack. She charges forward and cuts the enemy through with three clean, and usually fatal slashes. She can also blast a wave of volt by cutting through the air.
20fold volt beams: Alela blitzes around the enemy with 20 afterimages, before all of them fire off individual beams at once. She does not need to do it in a circle, though she most commonly does it that way.
Distraction Images: Alela sprints around everywhere and creates a multitude of afterimages to distract before she stabs the monster in the back of its chest or head, killing it. She could also use it to load up her Volt if a stab won't work.
- Battlefield Blitz: Alela fires off her bolts around the area o battle to eliminate many enemies at once. It’s a very effective attack for when she is alone facing a hoard of monsters.
Bang Zoom: An attack she named after her favorite phrase. Alela rushes up and destroys her foe with a flurry of pressure point blows, before slashing through them with an electrically infused slash.
Tempest Kicks: A flurry of kick attacks at incredible speed which disorient her enemy and are electrically powered.
Hyper Infused Zoom: An attack very similar to her Bang Zoom attack, except her fists are empowered by her Volt, and it is far faster. It's typically used as a killing move, being finished with five slashes rather than the usual one.
Quick Kill: An ambush attack with her kunai. Alela races through and stabs or beheads her enemy. She also uses it with her sword during battle if she finds an opening.
Trillion Volt Sphere: Alela generates a sparking sphere of lightning in her palm, then launching it towards her enemy. As the attack states, Alela funnels a trillion volts into the condensed sphere, making it extraordinarily powerful, fiery, and explosive. As she learns more about herself, she can pump more into it.
Lightning Barrier: Alela creates a barrier with her lightning. It proves its worth by damaging any enemy who attempts to physically disperse the barrier, as they sustain shock damage from her Volt. When she's ready to attack again, she explodes the shield out, which causes more damage.
Multi-Lightning Barrier: An upgraded version of the original. This version is designed to protect herself and a few teammates at once. It is, however, harder to maintain. If necessary, she can just use it on herself, stacking the original barrier. Because it takes so much energy, she only uses it against strong
Brilliant Nova Slasher: One of her most powerful attacks. Alela supercharges her body and sword before zooming around the enemy multiple times and cutting them over a thousand times. The attack is intended to last alone around 0.01 to 0.05 seconds. When her slashes are over, she usually strikes a pose as an explosion of lightning occurs behind her.
Brilliant Nova Arrow: One of Alela's strongest techniques. Sparking with lightning, Alela flies through the air, shouting out and directing the tip of her blade towards her enemy, then launching an intense beam of Volt straight at them, resulting in massive damage and a gargantuan explosion.
Brilliant Nova Arrow Storm: One of Alela's strongest techniques, and one of the inspirations for the second part of her hero name. As her lightning flares, she throws her sword to the sky and forces all of her electric energy into it, before unleashing hundreds of small, meteor like electric spheres which proceed to crash down onto all the monsters at very, very high speeds from her blade.
Sacred Moon Storm: Her ultimate attack, used in unison with Light. The two use maximum speed outbursts to confuse the enemy before blitzing them with electrically powered up full power slashes and strikes. The attack is said to confuse the enemies so much that they believe time itself is warping all around them (though this isn't actually the case). The attack disintegrates enemies down to dust, even if they are a bit naturally resistant to electricity. Performing the attack with him is one of her favorite things to do. Unfortunately, she can't use it alone.
Stardust Scatter Slash: A quick succession of slashes which usually create a star shape. It’s great for instant death when an opponent is vulnerable.
Stardust Mirage Scatter Slash: While using afterimages, Alela preforms her scatter slash technique. It’s extremely hard to defend against.
Blasting Stardust Palm: A bunch of carefully placed palm strikes. With enough skill, it can be used to even deflect certain weapons, but it’s mostly used to attack the chest and stomach area.
SuperVolt Blasting Stardust palm: A much stronger version of the original attack. Using more Volt than ever, Alela super charges her palm strikes, allowing each one to cause explosions on contact. It's also faster.
Volt Stardust Shuriken Flash: Alela uses a barrage of shuriken's made of Volt which curve into where she predicts her enemy will dodge towards, or simply straight towards them.
Stardust Assassination: When Alela sneaks up on an enemy, she can use this technique to cripple or kill them with a volt created and/or real Kunai stabbing in various fatal places.
Stardust Volt Burst Slash: One of her stronger attacks from Stardust. Using her Volt infused throughout her body and sword, she slashes hundreds of times in an extremely short amount of time. It’s largely a killer move.
Stardust Volt Discharge Touch: An extremely deadly move requiring extreme Volt proficiency. As her Volt surges through her hand, she taps her enemies forehead with her middle and index fingers, sending the Volt through their body and making them explode from the inside out. It’s nearly impossible to avoid death if she succeeds with his move.
Stardust Volt Blade Kick: A very proficient and varied version of the wind blade kick. As the name suggest, it involves the Stardust style and volt alongside the kick itself.
Tempest Deity Mode: The legendary tempest Deity is a being stated to be the one who gains absolute control over Volt itself. It's an ultimate unity of mind, body, and soul, where absolute potential is unleashed. It is said the destined one will be able to wield the Volt of an entire universe. When Alela achieves it, her power completely skyrockets, even beyond the point of her magic. The power is strong enough to overwhelm Ultima and for her to face off with her father, who achieved a 'false' deity state.
Tempest Soul: The power of the Tempest Deity is only accessible by an innate connection to ALELA's soul in order to prevent outside forces from copying the power meant to keep reality checked without breaking a limiter. But also, to even activate the form, Alela needs to reach deep and connect with her soul directly and maintain this connection throughout a battle to continuously use her abilities as a galactic scale weapon. Experiencing great emotions makes this connection much easier to both begin and hold onto for a longer time period, but great mental focus is also required. Her 'Tempest Soul' is something unique to Alela and her decision about what she does with her own power. This decision is the difference between whether it not she will remain Alela or change into ALELA, the weapon from the ALELA project. The tempest Soul is also very resistant to attacks seeking to harm souls and WILL counter with complete savagery. It also transmutes any nearby energy (including an opponent's moves within reason) into stamina for herself if necessary, ensuring that she will never run out. If an enemy forcefully lowers her stamina, the tempest Soul is guaranteed to respond in kind. it also resists the Demon Aura from the Elder's and can assist for directly countering them as well. in addition, it will notify Alela of an enemy attack before the opponent even begins to use it, giving her many methods of avoidance all at once well in advance. A downside is that her Tempest Soul dislikes her use of Shine Magic.
- Tempest Revolution: Due to the Tempest Deity's purpose, the Tempest Soul is capable of evolving to battle against highly unique abilities. The Soul can force Alela into a higher state of battle by building up a nearly instant resistance to powerful enemy effects and scales her abilities higher in order to eventually overpower someone who can resist her effects, with this being even quicker depending on how powerful the defenses are. This is also a defensive ability which prevents others from doing the same thing to her and also blocking enemies from negating the Deity's defenses and resistances. It also takes stat reducing abilities and turns the effects opposite, making them highly beneficial rather than otherwise. Just as well, it prevents any of her own powers being transferred back to harm her.
- Tempest Retribution: This occurs only if someone attempts to attack the Tempest Soul directly. As a result, the Tempest Soul commits retribution on those who dare attempt to stop it. To do so, transfers all attempts towards it directly back into the enemy soul, then unleashes horrible paralysis over said soul, then striking them down with 100 time stronger than Alela Ultravolt attacks with the intent being to erase the enemy body and soul altogether. This isn't its only method of retribution, but it is usually the first thing it will try.
Revivification Slash: Alela manifests her Tempest Soul through her blade and savagely slashes many times over. Her slashes shred straight through space and can eliminate defense through unconventional means, seeing as her slashes eliminate space-based phenomena. As her soul is manifested through the sword, it also has naturally raised power capable of instantly destroying Ultima, which clearly surpassed all of her previous output. The Tempest Soul allows for her slashes to adjust to the properties of her opponent, allowing her to always have a method of harming them regardless of their body structure or defensive moves. However, this can be surpassed by things that which are simply ‘beyond’ her (demon willpower and similar) as these things negate Order, which Volt relies upon. Neuron Wiper: The Tempest Deity has access to an entire universe of Volt. By gathering enough of it Alela can wipe her opponents mind completely. Even if it can regenerate, memories and such are long gone. Landing this attack annihilates the person her opponent was prior to being hit. However, the inverse of it can also be true depending on her application, allowing her to restore the memories of others or even herself if necessary.
Volt Gates: These are very similar to both Blast and Cobalt's power to generate portals, though Alela can do it through Volt. With them, Alela can travel to anywhere as long as she can sees the place within her head, or if she can sense someone she knows there. They can also be used for teleporting objects and enemy attacks.
Tempest Aura: The Tempest Deity naturally gives others an innate fear which is inscribed upon their souls at a deep level immediately upon detecting her. This fear is commonly described as a feeling which forces all others to act as if they are in the presence of a genuine God. The aura actively alters the personality of enemies seeking to stand against her in due to the overwhelming and incomprehensible effects that being in the presence of something which transcends them applies. In addition, those who still dare to stand to her find their reality becoming extremely glitchy, with Alela's voice sounding omnipresent, and her being all around them no matter where they go (even through abilities like portals/far teleportation or even Kyofu’s spatial manipulation attempting to block her out and having zero effect), and their bodies beginning to feel like the only way out is to submit to death, with their abilities slowly shutting down one by one as they face her. it could potentially force even an extremely ardent opponent to suicide right there to avoid her. Even extremely high willpower enemies feel no chance at avoiding this, including Guild of Shadows Elder's who are naturally 'mad' and cannot have their minds influenced by such abilities which induce insanity and similar effects, and doing so almost effortlessly. The effects get FAR greater depending on how much hatred Alela feels towards someone.
Tempest Ultrabolts: Alela can passively emit very concentrated bolts of Volt which project the image of countless stars within them. These bolts are capable of 'eating' enemies and their attempts to attack her as a whole, nullifying them even if they are extradimensional or similarly powered by The Law. They do this for defensive abilities as well, easily devouring barriers, including those of a similar power like Kyofu's, who can activate a state of near total invulnerability and is immortal in some ways. These bolts negate abilities such as intangibility and literally rips life from those who stand against her. They can erase life, statistics (vastly lowers and outright blocks an enemy's power, speed, etc), age, memories, and other fundamental aspects of their being in order to shred them in every way. The bolts are intended to act as a punishment laid down personally by a God of judgement. However, Alela needs to intend on taking any of these things away for it to occur. On the other hand, the volts will always passively devour attempts made at damaging her no matter what Alela feels.
- Hands of God: Alela can form her Ultravolts into long arms with huge hands on the ends, with the palms of the hands showing endless worlds. Within. Passive waves emitted from the hands disintegrate opponents beyond a molecular level using pure Volt energy as well as her divine-like abilities. They are able to reach through rifts in order to destroy those which the base Ultravolts cannot for whatever reason.
- Tempest Mirrors: Another application of her Hands ability is for Alela to manifest a perfect image of her opponent within the palms of the hand, which then manipulates space in order to create a similar construct of power formed from her own abilities only (which lets her somewhat bypass those who cannot normally be mimicked) to clone her opponents' specific techniques or supernatural abilities.
